Back in December we planned on having the Substance Pre-Holiday Rolling Coffee, but the Snowpocalypse (Snowmageddon, Snownami, whatever your preference) of 2008 shut us down. Heading into March, we optimistic it won’t happen again, so we’re planning the Substance Rescheduled Rolling Coffee. It’s kinda like a Rapha Continental Tour of California ride, but about 99 miles shorter.
Here’s how we’ll roll: meet up at Substance World Headquarters (1551 SE Poplar) at 9am on Friday, March 6th. Ride your bike if you want to participate in the “rolling” part of Rolling Coffee. At about 9:15am, we’ll make our way north to Voodoo Doughnut Too, on the corner of NE Davis and NE 15th. If you’d like to meet us there, we should get there by 9:30am at the latest. (It’s only a one mile ride, and even I can ride a mile in less than 15 minutes.)
From there, it’s all about good doughnuts, hot coffee, and wherever the conversation takes us.
Rain (likely) or shine. C’mon, it’s Portland… there’s no bad weather, just poor clothing choices.
