Substance is roaring into 2008 with lots of exciting projects for lots of great new clients. As a result we’re looking to round out the team here at SWHQ (that’s Substance World Headquarters) with the best of the best.
First up: designers. You need to have considerable traditional design skills (type, color, composition) and know how to translate those skills to the web and beyond. Projects will range from translating existing designs across web sites as well as participating in brainstorming and comping sessions.
We’re also (it seems like always) on the lookout for kick ass Flash developers and designers. Some projects just call for someone with basic assembly skills, while others run the gamut from xml integration to FLEX and AIR application development. Show us what you’ve got.
And finally, we could use another PHP/MySQL resource to help build, modify and maintain a variety of web properties.
For now all positions are contract opportunities, but for the right people we could find a permanent place around the table. Regardless, we’d want you here with us at least a few days a week, so that means that local applicants will be considered first.
