It turns out the story wasn’t really about the snow conditions (decent), it was about what it means to live the Travel Oregon tagline: we love dreamers. That’s basically what Substance is… people who have come together with a passion and a dream to make meaning for brands using digital media. Oregon is the kind of state that supports and fosters dreamers like us. It’s also the kind of place that let’s us take a day trip for some spectacular runs.
