Best follow-up

A couple weeks ago, we asked for your assistance in nominating Substance for the Crunchies. The response we received was incredibly inspiring, and we appreciate every one of you who nominated us. But alas, the Crunchies have decided not to recognize Substance in their lists. We could go on and on about how it’s just an honor to be nominated, but for us – this one year old digital brand strategy company in Portland, Oregon – it really is.

Over the last 12 months, we’ve had the privilege of meeting and encouraging a global army of Substance evangelists. Through the responses we’ve received, we realize that the Crunchies is by no means the measuring stick to gauge our success, our growth, or the realization of our dreams. When you people tell us we’ve changed your perspective, challenged your thinking, helped your company, and renewed your passion, it reaffirms the fact that we’re able to make a difference, one person at a time. Which ultimately is our declaration.

You determine who your favorite companies are, whether they’re on some list or not. Here’s looking forward to the best of 2008.
