Substantial Coffee Morning

Substance invites you to join us for coffee in the Substance living room. While we won’t have fancy latte-esque beverages, we will have plenty of straight-up coffee from Stumptown, along with something tasty from our local favorite bagelry: Kettleman’s.

We’re hoping the parking lot behind the building is complete by this date… it’s on the right a half a block south of SE Division on 11th, right before the railroad tracks.
