Way back when we started Substance (yes, 10 months is way back), we needed a bank. Our search was pretty quick… we ended up at Umpqua Bank because of their brand promise. Brandi (pictured above) acts as our ambassador to the “World’s Greatest Bank.” From our initial meeting with her to every time we have a stupid question (I’ve got plenty), she’s there to help. The fact that she remembers our names, our business, and comments on Oregonian articles in which David is quoted has continually reaffirmed our belief that we made the right decision. She has consistently delivered on Umpqua’s brand promise.
So Brandi, thanks for representing Substance at Niagara Falls. We’re flattered, and it’s this kind of personal investment that we love about Umpqua.
Oh, and we also love Umpqua because they have a van dedicated to delivering free ice cream.
