Yes, we realize it’s only been about seven or eight weeks since the Substance Open House. But extenuating circumstances (Substance growing) have us on the move. Again.
We just signed a lease on an awesome space in the Ford Building at 2505 SE 11th Avenue. It’s about 800 square feet of industrial chic that the kids are all raving about, with two huge glass roll up doors. And all you railfans and train enthusiasts, you’ll be envious of the fact that we get to watch trains roll by right outside our doors.
The plan is to do some drywalling, floor prep, painting, table construction (wait until you see some of the photos on that…), and other stuff to get the space nice and cozy, then move in the middle of September.

For the next three weeks, we’ll be splitting time between our current office (working on stuff due to launch throughout the autumn and winter), and the new office (construction, interior design, etc.). Then we’ll be at the Ford Building full time, continuing to work on previously said projects. If you have a flair for drywalling and don’t have anything else going on, give us a call and stop by.

industrial = prole
chic = bourgeoisie
Seeing those words together scares my stompy little feets.
I do adore the roll up doors; reminds me of 주유소 습격 사건.
