You’ve probably worked at other great places before. You’ve used Flash on a regular basis, created beautiful, meaningful designs, and maybe even used After Effects for some motion stuff. But you’re not happy with where the digital landscape is… you see where it is going and want to lead instead of follow.
Substance is a small company, so we’re looking for creative generalists who are both thinkers and doers. We’re creating new interactive experiences for the likes of the Portland Trail Blazers, New Balance and Adobe.
